EBF position paper on the Commission proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (COM(2016) 450 final) amending Directive (EU) 2015/849 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing and amending Directive 2009/101/EC.
On Commission’s Communication to the European Parliament and to the Council (COM (2016) 451 final) on further measures to enhance transparency and the fight against tax evasion and avoidance;
And Commission’s proposal (COM(2016) 452 final) for a Council Directive amending Directive 2011/16/EU as regards access to anti-money-laundering information by tax authorities
“Modern Governance in Banking” is a new modular programme of three three-day modules at the INSEAD business school in Fontainebleau, France. The content is driven by the needs for bank directors and senior executives working in banks to review and update their corporate governance practices due to the many pressures they face, and will focus on the effectiveness of directors and boards. Successful completion by participants offers certification by INSEAD. Read more
